Two pretty similar drills for working on elbow control. One displays the drill from only the feet, the second video shows the drill on the mat as well as the feet. Remember, the key to this drill is to get a better angle on your opponent, anyone can slap an elbow off of a sparring partner- focus on doing it correctly.
