Apple Valley, defending HSWrestling.net National Champions, kicked off the 2010 wrestling season by winning the Keith Young Invitational in Cedar Falls,  Iowa.  The Eagles had 5 individual champions edging out last years defending champs, Waverly-Shell Rock of Iowa.
