The North Carolina High School Athletic Association’s State Wrestling Championships will be available on Time Warner Cable’s Carolina On Demand Channel 1234 in mid-March. The 72nd Annual North Carolina State Championships will be held in Winston-Salem this weekend, Feb. 22nd-23rd at the Lawrence Joel Memorial Coliseum. The home site for Wake Forest University basketball games.
Time Warner Cable’s free Video on Demand technology allows viewers to watch “On Demand” programming at any time by using their remote control to select, view, pause and rewind the digitized content. “Carolina On Demand and Time Warner Cable, The Power of You.” This year the programming will expand to 4 wrestling shows with the combined highlights of all 42 championship matches in 3 divisions. Footage will include highlights of every final match, brief interviews with the champions and more. In addition to that main program they will have 3 shows of all the action in all the matches in one particular division.
