The 41st annual CIF Wrestling State Championships in California concluded on Saturday (3-2-13) with Clovis High School claiming their 3rd consecutive state title. Clovis would run away with the team championship, finishing with 179 points. Poway (109.5) and Vacaville (97) finished 2nd & 3rd.

Isaiah Martinez (160-pounds), a senior from Lemoore became 17th boys’ wrestler in CIF State Boys Wrestling Championships history to win three State Championships. Claiming their second State crowns were Nikko Villarreal (138-pounds), a junior from Gilroy and Nick Nevills, a junior from Clovis.
