  • 200 Touches w/Jump Rope
  • 20 Counterbalance Squats
  • 20 Scorpians
  • 20 Low Twists
  • 20 Back Arches
  • 20 Push Ups

Work Out

Perform Each Exercise in Order(Circuit Training) – Rest Points are included

Bent Over Rows– 30 Seconds
V Sit Ups– 20 Reps
Overhead Medicine Ball Throws- 25 Reps
Leg Extension– 30 Seconds
Dips– 30 Seconds
Rest – 30 Seconds
Bent Over Rows– 30 Seconds
V Sit Ups– 20 Reps
Overhead Medicine Ball Throws- 25 Reps
Leg Extension– 30 Seconds
Dips– 30 Seconds
