Warm-up (5 minute stretch)

  • 200 Touches w/Jump Rope
  • 20 Counterbalance Squats
  • 20 Scorpians
  • 20 Low Twists
  • 20 Back Arches
  • 20 Push Ups

Work Out

Perform Each Exercise in Order(Circuit Training) – Rest Points are included

Pull Ups– 1 Minute
Push Ups– 1 Minute
Dips- 1 Minute
Crunch with Punch – 1 Minute
Head Stand – 1 Minute
Rest – 30 Seconds
Mountain Climbers– 1 Minute
Stride Jumps – 1 Minute
Run In Place – 2 Minutes
Tuck Jumps – 1 Minute
Quick Feet with Up Downs – 1 Minute
Rest – 30 Seconds
Pull Ups– 1 Minute
Push Ups– 1 Minute
Dips- 1 Minute
Crunch with Punch – 1 Minute
Head Stand – 1 Minute
