Warm-up (5 minute stretch)

  • 200 Touches w/Jump Rope
  • 20 Counterbalance Squats
  • 20 Scorpians
  • 20 Low Twists
  • 20 Back Arches
  • 20 Push Ups

Work Out

Perform 3 Rotations of the following exercises in order, at the end of each rotation rest for 30 seconds before starting the next rotation:

Toe Touches(Leg Straight Up in the Air) – 1 Minute
Russian Twists (May use weight for Maximizing Burn) – 1 Minute
Straight Arm Plank – Hold for 30 Seconds
Side Plank– Hold for 30 Seconds each side
Crazy Ivans – 30 Seconds each side
(Performing Crazy Ivans – Grab a Medicine Ball or Some other type of weight, Sit with Knees bent, Hold weight with hands, moving the weight from low, across the body to high)
