FloNationals enters its second season while attempting to compete with the well established NHSCA High School National Tournament.
The 2011 FloNationals wrestling tournament is being held at Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Flowrestling has created a unique high school tournament by incorporating the college out of bounds rule and riding time. The event includes several highly ranked wrestlers in the HSWrestling.Net rankings at a few weights and many newcomers who will be looking to secure their name in the national wrestling scene. Most weight classes will see the wheat separate from the chafe rather quickly.
This years FloNationals is a two day tournament on April 2nd and 3rd. The original plan was to have a qualifying tournament, however, not enough interest was expressed to warrant one. The top 8 in each weight class will be crowned FloNational All-Americans and Champions.
